According to Naperville Police Wednesday afternoon, the incident occurred around 11:10 a.m. at the intersection of 95th Street and Plainfield/Naperville Road, involving a white 2019 Chrysler Pacifica and a blue 2007 Dodge Caravan. The Naperville Police and Fire Departments swiftly responded to the scene. Initial reports indicate that the Chrysler Pacifica was heading south while the Dodge Caravan was making a left turn onto 95th Street, leading to the collision.
The impact of the crash led to minor injuries for the driver of the Dodge Caravan and life-threatening injuries for a passenger, who was promptly transported to a local hospital. Traffic crash reconstruction specialists from the Naperville Police Department’s Traffic Unit are investigating the circumstances surrounding the collision.
