According to the Metro Nashville Police Department, James F. Austin was taken into custody following the alleged discovery of over 30 files depicting child sexual abuse on a cloud-based account linked to his cell phone. The arrest was the result of a cyber tip forwarded to the MNPD’s Internet Crimes Against Children Unit from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children.
