Purple Heart and UPS Team Together for Donation Free Shipping

Purple Heart has partnered with UPS to provide free donation shipping. Through their Fill a Bag for a Vet program, Purple Heart accepts donations of reusable clothing and household items for veterans in need. Donations are now accepted at any UPS location. Print a free shipping label at www.pickupsforvets.org/ups.html. Place donations in a single box, make sure the shipping weight is close to accurate, then drop off at any UPS location at your convenience. Items needed include clothing and shoes, toys and games, small appliances, houseware, glassware, bedding, curtains, bicycles, tools and jewelry.

Purple Heart is part of the Vietnam Veteran of American. The VVA assists veterans with claims assistance, advocacy, counseling, PTSD awareness, community involvement and any issues affecting veterans. To learn more about the Vietnam Veteran of America visit, www.vva.org.
