Porter County, IN – Motorists Face Delays: I-94 Ramp to U.S. 20 in Porter County Closed

Porter County, IN – A bridge strike has led to the closure of the ramp from westbound Interstate 94 to westbound U.S. 20 in Porter County, Indiana. 

According to the Indiana Department of Transportation Northwest, the duration of the closure remains uncertain. Officials have stated that a thorough inspection and necessary repairs must be completed before the ramp can be reopened to traffic. 

In the meantime, a detour route will be provided for drivers affected by this disruption. The closure is expected to impact travel plans and commuters are advised
