Schaumburg, IL – The Schaumburg Fire Department is set to conduct a comprehensive Hazardous Materials (Hazmat) training on April 9 and 10. This critical exercise for emergency responders will take place from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Al Larson Prairie Center for the Arts, located at 201 Schaumburg Court.
Residents in the area are advised to expect heightened activity and potentially loud noises as firefighters participate in realistic emergency response drills.The training is part of the department’s ongoing commitment to preparedness and safety, focusing on effective handling of hazardous materials incidents.
