Southern Wisconsin Braces for Patchy Fog Monday, Thunderstorms This Week

Milwaukee, WI – Patchy fog and thunderstorms are expected to affect southern Wisconsin this week.

According to the US National Weather Service Milwaukee/Sullivan, fog may develop overnight in low-lying areas, with rain possible toward daybreak west of Madison. Scattered showers and storms are anticipated Monday, with a brief break Monday night into Tuesday morning. 

Another round of showers and storms is forecast for Wednesday afternoon through Wednesday night, particularly in eastern Wisconsin. The primary threats include small hail, gusty winds, and heavy rainfall. Weather conditions will vary, with the best chance for rain during Wednesday morning.
