Nashville, TN – Police Seek Leads After Teen Sexually Assaulted by Man in Local Park

Nashville, TN – Investigators are asking for your help and identifying a 50-year-old man who allegedly sexually assaulted a boy earlier this month.

According to the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department, an alarming assault took place in Seven Oaks Park, situated off McGavock Pike in South Nashville, at approximately 5:30 p.m. on March 7. The victim, a 15-year-old boy, collaborated with a Tennessee Bureau of Investigation artist to create a composite sketch of the suspect in hopes of capturing him. 

Described as a white male, approximately 50 years old, with freckles and crooked teeth, the suspect was seen wearing a black ball cap, black zip-up jacket, blue shorts, a gray shirt, and gray and white tennis shoes. He was last observed leaving the area in a 2000s model Honda Civic, heading in the direction of Knight Drive. 

The Metropolitan Nashville Police Department urges anyone with any information to contact Crime Stoppers at 615-742-7463, as they work diligently to resolve this case.
