BOURBONNAIS – The Village of Bourbonnais announced the inaugural “A Very Merry Coloring Contest” sponsored by Aqua Illinois and Milner Media Thursday afternoon.
“We know this holiday season is unlike any others. The coloring contest, in addition to the recently announced holiday lighting contest, is a safe way to spread some holiday cheer this year. We are happy to provide positive experiences for the community during a challenging time,” explained Mayor Paul Schore.
The contest is free to all area residents. Copies can be downloaded through the Village’s website and printed at home. Categories include ages 6 and under and ages 7 through 10, all ages, and special needs.
Winners will receive a range of gift cards starting at $100 through $25 for 3rd place winners. All entries can be submitted via drop box at the Village Administration building or by mail by December 14th.
