Champaign, IL – The Champaign Police Department is collaborating with Eastern Illinois Foodbank to address food insecurity with a “Stuff the Squad” event on Giving Tuesday, November 28, from 10 AM to 6 PM.

Residents are encouraged to donate non-perishable food items to assist local families during the holiday season. The event will feature a friendly competition among local police departments to collect the most meals.

Donations can also be made online, with every dollar providing a neighbor with food for a day. This initiative supports the community’s ongoing effort to alleviate hunger and strengthen solidarity.
