CHAMPAIGN, IL – A 21-year-old man from Owensboro, Kentucky, was arrested on Wednesday night at a concert at State Farm Center in Champaign.
Brandon M. Wahler was charged with aggravated assault after he allegedly attempted to punch a security guard in the face. The security guard reported that Wahler was pushing other concertgoers when approached by security.
The concert featured The Kid LAROI and Jeremy Zucker and began at 8:00 pm. Wahler was taken into custody at 8:40 pm.
No injuries were reported and the concert continued as planned.
