URBANA, Ill. – Two University of Illinois students alerted the U. of I. Police on Wednesday they had found evidence of someone living inside a school bus parked outside the Art Annex Studio, which is part of a student project.

The bus is owned by the university and had not been damaged, and there was no evidence of theft or vandalism.

University of Illinois Police are treating the incident as a case of trespassing and unauthorized entry, and are trying to determine whether the bus had been used as a living space and for how long.

The university is taking measures to ensure that the bus is secured to prevent any future incidents.

Anyone who has information regarding the incident is urged to contact the U. of I. Police Department.
