COVID-19: Kankakee climbs above 200 over weekend, Momence reporting

Kankakee County Health Department officials announced 18 new cases of COVID-19 over the weekend, including two new deaths.  That brings totals for the County to 213 cases of COVID-19 with a total of 11 deaths as a direct result of contracting the disease.

New cases over the weekend ranged in ages from 20s to 90s years old.

Neighboring Iroquois County announced 1 new case over the weekend, bringing their County totals to 9.

The County announced on Friday 25 cases have recovered from the Virus.  That number remains unchanged as of Sunday night.

  • 14 Cases (Manteno)
  • 37 Cases (Bourbonnais)
  • 7 Cases (Bradley)
  • 121 Cases (Kankakee)
  • 9 Cases (St. Anne)
  • 8 Cases (Momence)
