Nearly 18k COVID-19 cases in Illinois, 592 dead

The Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) announced this afternoon 1,465 new cases of COVID-19 and 68 deaths since yesterday.  That brings COVID-19 cases to 17,887 overall and 592 deaths in the State of Illinois.

New deaths today included a male in their 50s in Kankakee County and 6 individuals in Will County from age 60s to 90s years old. 

Fluton and Greene counties are now reporting cases.
