Northfield Square Mall secure after reports of shooting

BRADLEY – Northfield Square Mall has been reported secure by area police following reports of a shooting.

According to Bradley Police, officers were called to the southwestern entrance of Northfield Square in reference to a shooting just before 5pm Sunday. One person was reportedly shot in the hand, driven to a local hospital by another individual.

Details on the incident are still under investigation as officers remain on the scene gathering information and evidence as of 6pm.
