ORLAND PARK – In 2019, Evita Griskenas was the most decorated athlete in all sports at the Pan American Games in Lima, Peru.

Now the Carl Sandberg High School graduate prepares for her debut in the 2021 Tokyo Olympics Rhythmic Gymnastics competition Thursday night.

Griskenas is one of two Americans competing in the event.

You can watch it later tonight at 8:20 pm and 9:50 pm on CNBC with part two scheduled for 12:50 am and 2:20 am Friday.

Should Griskenas qualify for medal contention, she’ll be one of 10 gymnasts showcasing their skills with a ball, hoop, clubs, and ribbon on Saturday at 1:20 am in the Individual All-Around Final event.

You can view the full schedule of events here.
