KANKAKEE COUNTY – Sweet. Savory. Fresh. Creamy. Mouth-watering. Do you know the flavors of Kankakee County? Gather friends at the table to experience a wide variety of tastes during #KaCoRestaurantWeek 2020. This week-long experience begins January 25 and invites diners the opportunity to taste new menu items or try a new venue at participating local restaurants.

“Restaurant Week is a great reason to try something new,” said Staci Wilken, Kankakee County Convention & Visitors Bureau (CVB) Executive Director. “Chefs across the county rise to the challenge of creating a dish just for this event, what’s not to love?!”

Be sure to check out the CVB’s Facebook page at @VisitKankakeeCounty to enter for a chance to win a $25 gift card to each restaurant! All you need to do is comment on the original post with a photo of your Restaurant Week menu item, tag the restaurant AND share the post.

Thank you to these participating restaurants: BrickStone Brewery, Candy & Cake, Jimmy Jo’s BBQ, Oliver’s Bar & Grill, Ryan’s Pier, Sammy’s Pizza, Tierra Mar Restaurant and Uptown Grille.

For a complete list of menu items and for contest rules, visit the CVB online today at or on Facebook at @VisitKankakeeCounty.
