USDA Recalls 77,000 Pounds of Mini Chicken Corn Dogs Sold at Target and Walmart

CHICAGO, IL – The USDA has recalled nearly 77,000 pounds of mini chicken corn dogs due to spoilage concerns. 

The affected product, Foster Farms Mini Corn Dogs Bite-Sized Chicken Franks Dipped In Batter Honey Crunchy Flavor, comes in 1.83-pound resealable bags with a best-if-used-by date of April 23, 2024. 

Consumers reported an odor, off appearance, and unpleasant taste. While no illnesses have been reported, customers who purchased the product should not consume it and either dispose of it or return it. 

The corn dogs were distributed to retailers nationwide, including Meijer, Target, and Walmart.
