The Playstation Classic, which released last year, is now just $19.99 at Best Buy. Packed with 20 classic games like Metal Gear Solid and Final Fantasy VII, it became the first plug and play system to be rated Mature. Launching in December 2018, the price quickly fell from $100 to $60 and now, has plummeted to just $19.99 at Best Buy.
At Bradley’s Best Buy, an employee was quick to assist us in grabbing one. Though they are no longer even found on the store shelves, the back room was stocked. “We have quite a few left,” an employee told us.
Part of the reason for its lack of love on reception has to do with various problems with the system, including having a multiple disc switching screen, a bit of nostalgia most fans could do without, no analog sticks on controllers, PAL European game releases and audio skipping errors.
But for the price of a pizza? Is it worth giving it try? We say yes!
