Routine Power Line Inspection by Helicopter in University Park, IL on Feb 12

University Park, Illinois – Residents of University Park, Illinois, will observe a white helicopter flying at lower altitudes on February 12 as part of Commonwealth Edison’s routine power line inspections. 

Chief of Police Dale S. Mitchell M.A. of the University Park Police Department assures the public that this activity is standard and presents no danger. The department welcomes any inquiries at 708-534-0911. 

This proactive measure by Commonwealth Edison ensures the continued reliability and safety of the village’s electrical infrastructure.
