Diesel Spill at Gas Station Causes Traffic Disruption in Lisle

Lisle, IL – A diesel spill at the Shell Gas Station located at the intersection of Route 53 and Maple Avenue has prompted a coordinated response from local police and fire departments. 

The incident, occurring early Friday afternoon, has caused notable traffic disruptions in the area. According to the Lisle Police Department, the spill’s severity is still being assessed, and they are actively assisting the fire department in containment efforts.
