Lincoln, IL – Starting Monday, a major resurfacing project will impact drivers in Logan County along Interstate 55.
Spanning five miles from south of the Lincoln I-55 Business Loop at exit 123 to north of Elkhart at exit 115, the project will necessitate lane closures. Motorists are advised to expect delays and plan for additional travel time.
