MORRIS – The Morris Police Department urgently seeks public help in locating Herbert W. Grogg, 30, last seen in Chicago between September 2nd and 4th.

Described as a 6 ft 2in white male, weighing around 190lbs, with brown hair, eyes, and a beard. Distinctively, he has a “Snoopy” tattoo on his left calf. The investigation suggests he might be in Chicago’s west side.
