Crete, IL – Crete-Monee High School Announces E-Learning Day Amid Heating Issues

Crete, IL – In response to unexpected heating problems, Crete-Monee High School (CMHS) in the Crete-Monee School District 201-U has declared an E-Learning Day for Thursday, January 18th. A notification, relayed to parents on Wednesday night, marks the third closure in a week due to severe weather conditions affecting the region. 

While CMHS transitions to remote learning for the day, all other schools within the district and district offices will operate normally. The school administration expresses gratitude for the community’s understanding as efforts are underway to resolve the heating issue.
