Northern Indiana Shopping Mall Gunfire: Food Court Gunfire Leads to Two Hospitalized

Fort Wayne, IN – A routine Saturday afternoon turned chaotic at Glenbrook Square Mall as gunfire broke out, sending shoppers into a state of panic. 

The incident occurred around 2:45 PM in the food court area, drawing a rapid response from local law enforcement. According to witnesses, the sound of gunshots led to a mass exodus from the mall, with people seeking safety amidst confusion and fear.

The Fort Wayne Police Department reported that at least two people were transported to the hospital, though their injuries were likely not caused by gunfire but rather related to the panic that ensued.
