SCHERERVILLE, IN – In a bone-chilling turn of events, an audacious individual was caught on camera attempting a heist in the Casa Bella subdivision. As Halloween spirits rise, so do misdeeds.
Early Sunday morning, a man was spotted just after 2:30 a.m. trying to apparently kidnap a decorative skeleton. But this isn’t your average bag of bones; the skeleton stood firm, refusing to be taken. Thwarted, the vandal then decided to damage it.Â
