Indiana Police Seek Information on $5K Magic the Gathering Card Theft

Chesterton, IN – The Chesterton Police Department (CPD) in Indiana is actively seeking assistance to identify three individuals involved in the theft of Magic the Gathering collectible cards, valued at approximately $5,000. 

The incident occurred at Reliquary Gaming, located at 1585 S. Calumet Road, on Wednesday, Nov. 29, around 6 p.m. According to CPD reports, the suspects asked to view a binder containing the cards, and the theft was later discovered when an employee could not find the binder. Store camera footage revealed one of the individuals placing the binder in his backpack before leaving the premises. 

The CPD has released surveillance images of the suspects, urging anyone with information to contact them at 219-926-1136. This case highlights the need for heightened security measures in specialty stores dealing with valuable collectibles.
