Minnesota Tornado Watch: Possible Softball-Size Hail

Minneapolis, MN – A tornado watch has been issued for parts of Minnesota, including Minneapolis, Mankato, and Rochester, until 9 p.m. CDT Tuesday.

According to the US National Weather Service Twin Cities Minnesota, the watch warns of several strong tornadoes, scattered hail up to softball size, and widespread wind gusts up to 90 mph. 

Residents are urged to remain alert and take necessary safety precautions.
