Tornado Watch for 4 Million in Areas of Illinois, Iowa Until 9 PM

Quad Cities, IL – A tornado watch is in effect until 9 PM this evening for several regions across Iowa and Illinois. 

The National Weather Service has labeled this a particularly dangerous situation, with the potential for strong tornadoes, 90 MPH winds, and softball-sized hail.

According to the US National Weather Service Quad Cities, residents should have plans in place and take immediate action if a warning is issued. 

The watch includes areas from Mankato, MN, to Quincy, IL, affecting a population of over 4 million people. Ensure your safety by staying informed and preparing for severe weather conditions.
