2 women arrested for alleged meth possession in Watseka over weekend

WATSEKA – Two stops over the weekend lead to the arrest of multiple women on charges of alleged methamphetamine possession in Watseka.

According to reports, during a traffic stop Saturday, Watseka City Police arrested 24-year-old Brianna Jones for alleged possession of a controlled substance and suspected methamphetamine found in the vehicle.  Sunday, officers arrested a passenger of another vehicle after a stop on 5th street in Watseka when 35-year-old Heather Osborn was arrested for the alleged possession of methamphetamine and drug equipment.

Osborn was also wanted on a warrant for failure to appear for theft.
