Arkansas Residents Identified as Victims in Illinois Camper Trailer Fire Tragedy

Morris, IL – A tragic fire in a camper trailer at Love’s Truck Stop on Brisbin Road claimed the lives of two Arkansas residents early Wednesday. 

The Grundy County Coroner’s Office identified the victims as 52-year-old William Davis and a 31-year-old from Mena, Arkansas. The incident, reported at approximately 3 a.m., is under investigation by the Morris Fire and Police Departments, the Illinois State Fire Marshal’s Office, and MABAS Division 15 Fire Investigators. 

The cause of the fire and further details remain under investigation, with updates anticipated as new information emerges.
