BEECHER, IL – The holiday season is about to get a whole lot brighter in the Village of Beecher as the Beecher Chamber of Commerce proudly presents the 5th annual “Lighting Up Dixie Highway” event. This beloved holiday tradition is back and promises to be bigger and more dazzling than ever before, creating a spectacle that will warm the hearts of the entire community.

Would you like to be a part of this festive extravaganza? For $75.00 (including a sign) or $60.00 (without a sign), you can claim your own spot along Dixie Highway to showcase a beautifully adorned tree. Each participant will receive a designated tree, access to a power outlet, and the option of an 18″ x 24″ sign to accompany their tree.

Your mission, should you choose to accept it, is to bedeck your tree with a mesmerizing display of LED lights and decorations of your choice. What’s more, there’s an exciting Decorating Contest, offering cash prizes of $75, $50, and $25 for the top three decorated trees. To enter this friendly competition, a tree purchase is a prerequisite.

To secure your spot in this holiday spectacle, make sure to purchase your tree by November 10, 2023. Tree decorating should be completed before the sun sets on November 26, 2023, and don’t forget to remove your decorations by January 8, 2024.

Payment is convenient with two options: PayPal or a check sent to the Beecher Chamber of Commerce, P.O. Box 292. Your generosity will be acknowledged with an 18″x 24″ sign bearing your chosen holiday greeting, whether it’s “Happy Holidays from: [Your Name]” or a dedication “In Memory of or In Honor of someone.”

Don’t miss out on this opportunity to spread holiday joy throughout Beecher. To participate, simply fill out the form available on the “Lighting Up Dixie Highway” webpage and select your preferred payment method. Let’s make this year’s event the most luminous and festive yet!
