Bourbonnais Elementary Fundraiser: Unleash the Power of Pizza to Support Schools

Bourbonnais, IL – The countdown is on, with just 9 days left to support your favorite school with a mouthwatering deal: pizza!

The Bourbonnais Elementary School District #53 (BESD) and Bourbonnais Elementary PTA is on a mission to fund teacher grants, and they’re doing it one slice at a time.

In a sizzling start, the Slice the Price Domino’s fundraiser has already raked in an impressive $1,120 through online sales alone. The competition is fierce, with schools vying for the top spot.

LeVasseur Elementary is leading the charge, but Shabbona and Shepard aren’t far behind. The question on everyone’s lips: Who will claim the coveted top spot?

The goal? A whopping $15,000, and with 32 cards sold and $320 raised already, the PTA is off to a promising start. Noel Levasseur Elementary School is setting the pace with 13 cards and $130 in their corner.

Parents, it’s time to rally your kids. The fundraiser forms are in hand, and there’s a treasure trove of prizes waiting for those who reach each tier. Social media, friends, family, coworkers – spread the word far and wide!

This isn’t just any fundraiser; it’s the granddaddy of them all for BESD. Buy one large pizza, get one free, and there’s no limit to the number of pizzas you can enjoy. Last year, they raised nearly $11,000, and this year’s goal is an ambitious $15,000, with the potential to reach $20,000 if every student sells just two cards.

But it’s not just about pizza. This fundraiser will pave the way for teacher grants in January, equipping educators with the tools they need for an exceptional learning environment. Don’t forget the convenience of online ordering, with a mere $0.99 shipping fee, ensuring cards reach you promptly. Children can also snag fantastic prizes, adding an extra layer of excitement to the cause.

So, grab that Slice the Price card, mention it when ordering, and support your community while enjoying delicious pizzas. 🍕🍕🍕
