CHANNAHON, IL — Recent updates have intensified the hunt for the suspect involved in the October 30 robbery at Love’s Travel Stop on 23801 W Bluff Rd. Security footage reveals a black male, standing between 5’8″ – 6′ tall, decked out in military-style camouflage. More startling, the dark SUV used for his getaway is identified as a Nissan Armada, equipped with reported stolen license plates.

The original report confirmed the robber’s camouflage attire, black ski mask, and gloves. While no weapon was presented, the threat was palpable as the on-duty clerk promptly handed over the register’s cash. The suspect’s quick escape left no injuries but many questions.

Channahon Police are urging the public for any leads. To share information, please contact 815-467-2112. For anonymous tips, reach out to Crime Stoppers of Will County at 800-323-6734.
