Chicago, IL – Unseasonably Warm Weather to Hit Chicago, Followed by Sharp Drop and Snow

Chicago residents are bracing for a rollercoaster of weather conditions this week. 

According to the US National Weather Service Chicago Illinois, Tuesday is set to see potentially record-breaking temperatures in the 70s, with a stark contrast arriving by Wednesday. A cold front is forecasted to sweep through Tuesday night, bringing strong to potentially severe thunderstorms, mainly south and east of Chicago. 

This shift will see temperatures plummet into the 20s and 30s with single-digit wind chills. Additionally, there is a chance for a brief burst of snow by Wednesday morning. Residents are advised to prepare for these rapid changes to ensure safety and comfort.
