Dense Fog Advisory Issued for Indiana and Surrounding Areas

Indianapolis, IN – A dense fog advisory has been issued for Indiana and its neighboring regions, affecting morning commuters.

According to the National Weather Service Wilmington OH, visibility is reduced to a quarter mile or less in dense fog, impacting parts of east central and southeast Indiana, northeast and northern Kentucky, and central, south central, southwest, and west central Ohio. The advisory is in effect until 11 AM today.

Motorists are advised to exercise caution, reduce speed, and be aware of rapidly changing visibility conditions. The fog is expected to gradually improve after sunrise.
