Detroit, MI – Thunderstorms Expected South of I-94 Wednesday Afternoon

Detroit, MI – Thunderstorms may hit areas south of I-94 by early afternoon Wednesday, the US National Weather Service reports.

According to the US National Weather Service in Detroit/Pontiac, a few showers or thunderstorms could affect regions south of I-94 in the early afternoon. Dry conditions are expected to follow for the rest of the week. A cool midweek with temperatures in the 60s to around 70 degrees will moderate to the mid-70s by Friday. Lows will drop into the lower 40s Thursday and Friday morning before warming up.
