MOMENCE, Ill. – As autumn leaves descend, Main Street Momence proudly unveils “Bordertown Hauntings,” a Halloween fête set to transform downtown Momence on Saturday, October 28th.

From 12pm to 4pm, revelers can indulge in downtown trick-or-treating, embrace their inner artist with cookie decorating and pumpkin painting, or get chills from spooky storytelling sessions.

Kids and families can enjoy horse & pony rides, eerie trails, reptile shows, and much more, including a must-see magic show at 1:00pm. Plus, don your best outfits for the various costume contests catering to children, families, and even pets!

This spectral event wouldn’t be possible without major sponsors, including the Momence Pallet Corporation, Route 1 Chevrolet, and the Momence Chamber of Commerce, alongside a horde of other community supporters.

For additional bewitching details, ring 815-472-3861 or seek out Main Street Momence online. Remember, while the spirits are school-friendly, this is not a school-sponsored happening.
