Facebook users in Illinois can file for claim for up to $400 by Nov. 23rd

CHICAGO – Facebook users in Illinois still have time to collect payment of up to $400 for the social media giant’s storing of biometric data without consent.

The payout is a result of a $650 million settlement covering Illinois residents who have used the platform and been a resident of the state for at least six months during the claim terms.
