KEWANEE, IL – The Henry County Sheriff’s Department offered an update Thursday morning regarding the ongoing death investigation after human remains were found in a rural area near Kewanee on March 10, 2024. Chief Deputy Ben Franklin emphasized the department’s commitment to thoroughness and discretion to maintain the integrity of the active investigation.
