Jasper County, IN – In an urgent response to a potential threat Wednesday, Kankakee Valley High School, in collaboration with the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office, initiated a lockdown across all Kankakee Valley Schools. The precautionary measure was taken following a notification from the Jasper County Sheriff’s Office about a potential threat that was later investigated and deemed unfounded.Â
