Kankakee, IL – In a significant move, the Clove Alliance in Kankakee has announced a strategic overhaul this January, aiming to broaden its support for survivors of sexual violence.
Led by Executive Director and CEO Tracey Noe Slach, the nonprofit organization has launched an ambitious strategic plan to enhance its services, empower its workforce, and increase its engagement with the community over the next three years.
The strategic plan emerged from an extensive collaborative process that included input from stakeholders, team members, and community partners. It represents Clove Alliance’s commitment to not just maintain but elevate its support for survivors. “Our new strategic plan is a reflection of our dedication to the community and survivors. It is our vision for a future where everyone has access to healing and hope,” Noe-Slach remarked. The plan outlines three main goals: strengthening workforce and employee retention by nurturing a supportive work environment; enhancing community outreach and visibility through strategic partnerships and marketing efforts; and optimizing services for underserved communities by extending its reach to more diverse populations.
This new direction has garnered enthusiastic support from Clove Alliance’s board of directors, marking a unified commitment to advancing the organization’s mission. The strategic plan is publicly accessible on the Clove Alliance website, providing detailed insights into their future directions.
