Kankakee, IL – Riverside Healthcare’s Scores for Schools Program has made a substantial impact on high school athletics across four Illinois counties, with over $13,000 distributed among 18 schools for their achievements in the 2023 fall sports season. This significant support exemplifies Riverside’s dedication to fostering youth athletic programs and honoring the hard work of young athletes and their coaches.
Kyle Benoit, Riverside’s Senior Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, conveyed the organization’s enthusiasm, stating, “We are proud to celebrate student-athletes and coaches for their commitment to athletic achievement.” The program awards $25 for each home varsity football touchdown, $20 for victories in home volleyball games, and $10 for every goal scored in home varsity boys soccer matches at schools without a football team.
