Kankakee, IL – A serious shooting incident in Kankakee, Illinois, has prompted a police investigation after a person was found shot in the head early Sunday morning.
According to reports Kankakee City Police were called to a residence in the 700 block of S. Osborne Ave. around 4:30 AM. Upon their arrival, officers located the victim in the basement of the home. The individual was immediately taken to the hospital for medical attention; however, their condition has not been disclosed.
