KANKAKEE, IL – Illinois Department of Public Health (IDPH) has recently unveiled its enhanced Illinois Hospital Report Card website, and Kankakee residents might be keen to note the competitive rankings of local health institutions.
In the latest reveal, Riverside Medical Center, with its 300 beds, earned a commendation from 68% of its users. Just trailing by a mere 1%, Ascension Saint Mary, housing 182 beds, was recommended by 67% of its users. Such close percentages highlight the quality and commitment both facilities provide to the Kankakee community.
IDPH’s newly revamped website, available at https://www.healthcarereportcard.illinois.gov, emphasizes patient safety and care quality in a user-friendly format. It also features the updated Illinois Public Health Community Map, spotlighting county-specific health outcomes and accessibility.
