Kenosha, WI – Pedestrian Fatally Struck by Alleged Intoxicated Driver on Sheridan Road

Kenosha, WI – A Kenosha man was struck and killed by a vehicle on Saturday evening at 63rd Street and Sheridan Road.

According to the Kenosha Police Department, the incident occurred at approximately 8:58 PM. The 62-year-old man was trapped under the car and pronounced deceased at the scene despite rescue efforts by the Kenosha Fire Department. Authorities identified the driver as 37-year-old Sheila Tennin of Waukegan, who was allegedly under the influence of THC at the time.

Tennin was arrested and charged with Knowingly Operating While Suspended – Causing Death and Operating While Intoxicated – Causing Death. The Major Crash Assistance Team (MCAT) investigated the scene, leading to a road closure from 9:00 PM to 3:00 AM.
