Knox County, IL – A group of teenagers has been charged after allegedly throwing concrete blocks from an overpass onto Interstate 74, causing damage to multiple vehicles.
The Knox County Sheriff’s Office reported that this dangerous activity led to an extensive investigation, culminating in the arrest of three individuals: Mason Stone (19), Grant Oyler (18), and Hayden Herschelman (18).
