Lisle, IL – The Lisle Police Department has made a significant arrest in a child pornography case, marking the second such arrest this month.
According to the police department, an investigation led detectives to an address in Naperville, where they identified Kevin J. Carroll, born on March 25, 1985, as a potential suspect. A search warrant allegedly revealed images and videos of child pornography in Carroll’s cloud storage account.
Kevin J. Carroll, residing in the 23w400 block of Greenbriar Drive, Naperville, Illinois, faces five counts of Child Pornography, a Class X Felony. He is currently held at the DuPage County Jail awaiting a detention hearing.
Police Chief Kevin Licko emphasized the department’s commitment to combatting such crimes, stating, “We will continue to aggressively seek out those individuals involved in this type of activity.” The Lisle Police Department reminds the public that these charges are allegations, and the defendant is presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
