The Illinois State Police announced earlier today they would be ditching their trademark hats and ties in an effort to further prevent the spread of COVID-19.
“No hats. No ties. But we’re still troopers. And we’re still here.” the Department tweeted out earlier today.
You will no longer see the Illinois State Police rocking their Montana Peaks or wearing ties in order to help decrease the spread of COVID-19.
