The Illinois State Police announced earlier today they would be ditching their trademark hats and ties in an effort to further prevent the spread of COVID-19.
āNo hats. No ties. But weāre still troopers. And weāre still here.ā the Department tweeted out earlier today. Ā
You will no longer see the Illinois State Police rocking their Montana Peaks or wearing ties in order to help decrease the spread of COVID-19.
