Three arrested on motor vehicle burglaries in Bourbonnais following investigation

BOURBONNAIS – Three men are in custody following a string of motor vehicle burglaries across the area.

Over the weekend Police arrested 30-year-old Phil G Hayes Jr of Chicago, 18-year-old Jaylin T James of Bourbonnais, and 39-year old Dimitri Lurman after an extensive investigation into a string of motor vehicle burglaries in the area.

Haynes was booked into the Jerome Combs Detention Center in Kankakee Saturday on multiple warrant charges along with unlawful possession of a debit/credit card and residential burglary charges.  His bond was set at $200,000.

James was booked into the Jerome Combs Detention Center in Kankakee Saturday on a warrant charge.  His bond was set at $75,000.

Details on Lurman’s arrest have not yet been made available.
