Man charged with DUI following Coal City Vehicle vs Train crash

COAL CITY – A Mazon man was charged with driving under the influence following a train vs vehicle wreck late Wednesday.

According to the Grundy County Sheriff’s Office, 31-year-old Ryan Vint was arrested on DUI charges, operating a vehicle without insurance and failing to stop for a train signal.

Vint was the only person injured in the wreck and taken to Morris Hospital before being transported to Grundy County Jail.
